Effective date: August 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of the JEKYO software and of jekyo.com, operated by Jekyo LTD ("we", "us").

The software

JEKYO is open source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of the software is governed by that license, which permits use, modification, and redistribution, commercially or otherwise. Nothing in these terms restricts the rights the license grants you.

The software installs and manages infrastructure on servers you control. You are responsible for those servers: their security, their data, their compliance with laws that apply to you, and the consequences of commands you (or AI agents acting on your behalf) run with it.

No warranty

The software and this website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jekyo LTD is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software or the website, including data loss, downtime, or security incidents on servers you operate. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

The website

You may not attempt to disrupt the operation of jekyo.com or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content. Template descriptions and third-party application logos in the catalog belong to their respective projects and owners; their inclusion means the application can be deployed with JEKYO, not that those projects endorse JEKYO.

Paid offerings

Current releases of JEKYO are free. If we introduce paid products or services in the future, they will carry their own terms presented at purchase; these terms keep applying to the open source software and the website.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
